Armenian billionaires Samvel Karapetyan and Ruben Vardanyan, living in Russia, have allocated large sums of money to provide weapons to the so-called terrorist regime in the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that Samvel Karapetyan, the owner of the Russian company Tashir, gave $ 3 million, and Ruben Vardanyan gave $ 1 million.

It should be noted that since the beginning of October, weapons have been transported to Armenia by civilian planes from different countries. It is even reported that on October 9, Armenian Foreign Minister Mnatsakanyan brought weapons with him on a government plane on his way back from a trilateral meeting in Moscow. Mnatsakanya is currently in Moscow and is likely to return with a load of weapons.
