On September 10, a service meeting was held at the Central Command Post under the leadership of the Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov.

It was reported that deputy ministers, troop commanders, heads of departments, departments and services of the ministry, as well as commanders of military units and formations deployed in the liberated areas via video link, took part in the meeting.

The Minister of Defense brought to the attention of the meeting participants the tasks set by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ilham Aliyev, before the Azerbaijan Army.

Operational conditions and the current situation on the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border and in the area where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily stationed were extensively analyzed.

Emphasizing the tension that may arise as a result of the intensive firing of the Armenian armed forces in the direction of Kalbajar and Lachin regions, the Minister of Defense ordered to be ready to prevent any provocation immediately and decisively.
