The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has appealed to citizens.

Axar.az reports that the appeal recommends that citizens exercise maximum caution and not touch mines, unexploded ordnance, or unidentified objects.

“Do not enter dangerous areas, do not touch abandoned ordnance, do not sacrifice your life to a mine.

Never touch mines, unexploded ordnance, or unidentified objects; do not pick them up. Do not try to interfere with them,” the MIA appeal states.
