Turkish actor Ali Tutal had passed away aged 76

Turkish actor Ali Tutal has passed away at the age of 76 after suffering a brain hemorrhage.

Axar.az, citing Turkish media, reports that health teams responded when he collapsed at home, and he was hospitalized on January 27, where doctors placed him in intensive care and intubated him due to the severity of his condition.

Despite treatment, his health remained critical, and he ultimately died in hospital care, causing deep sorrow in the arts community and among fans.

Born in 1950 in Diyarbakir, Tutal was a respected figure in Turkish cinema and television, with a career spanning several decades. He appeared in more than 50 films and 20 TV series, including well‑known works such as I Saw the Sun, The Broad Family, On Fertile Lands, and Government Woman. Beyond acting, Tutal contributed behind the scenes as a dubbing supervisor and local accent consultant, leaving a lasting impact on the industry.

Tutal had previously suffered a heart attack in March last year and continued to face health challenges in recent years. His death is mourned by colleagues and audiences who remember him for his memorable performances and contributions to Turkish screen arts.
