Tom Holland has reflected on a redemptive moment in Spider-Man: No Way Home that enabled him to reconcile with the Amazing Andrew Garfield after not speaking to him once he landed the role himself.
Axar.az reports that Holland, who is currently completing his press circuit for his upcoming action-adventure, Uncharted alongside Mark Wahlberg, has also spoken about a little bit more about his time on set with his Spidey co-stars.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the No Way Home actor acknowledged how Garfield's appearance in the Jon Watts blockbuster became a "source of pride" for him and a chance to "make amends" with his predecessor, as he felt bad for never talking to him after taking over the role in 2015.
Holland began: "I could not be happier for [Garfield]. Something I can look back on now with a little bit of clarity and regret is that I never called him when I took over as Spider-Man. Had someone said to me after my second movie that I was done and this other kid was taking over, I would've been heartbroken.
