The first case of monkeypox infection has been detected in Israel.

Axar.az reports that the information was spread by the Israeli Ministry of Health.

According to the report, an infected person is a 30-year-old man. He was taken to a hospital in the capital, Tel Aviv, and his condition is reported to be normal.

Monkey Flower has also been reported in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, the United States, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, Australia and Canada.
