President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the conditions created in the newly built Chambarakand Park in the capital's Sabail district.

Axar.az reports that Baku Mayor Eldar Azizov briefed the President on the work done in the park.

It was noted that landscaping work was carried out in the new park in the unused area on Hasan Seyidbeyli Street, 1,200 meters of sidewalks were built, and all conditions were created for residents to have a meaningful rest and spend their leisure time effectively. A 147-meter-long pedestrian bridge was built over the overpass in the park, two city-facing terraces were built, a fountain meeting modern standards was built, a catering facility, a sanitary junction, and an office building were built in the area. According to the relief of the area, a retaining wall was built to prevent landslides. Modern sports and children's entertainment facilities have also been installed in the area. The green area of ​​the park, which covers an area of ​​4 hectares, has been paved with lawn, and more than 50,000 different types of trees, shrubs, and flowers have been planted.
