New group of Ukrainian children arrives in Azerbaijan

A new group of 12 children from Ukraine’s Sumy region has arrived in Azerbaijan as part of a rehabilitation program.

Axar.az reports that Ukraine’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Yuriy Husyev, shared this information on his X account.

“This year, a total of 215 children — and 459 Ukrainian children overall — have found peace and care in Azerbaijan. We are grateful to Azerbaijan for its support,” the ambassador emphasized.

It should be noted that the last group of 30 children arrived in Azerbaijan for rehabilitation on October 27.
