Papuashvili: Turkiye supports Georgian sovereignty

Turkiye is Georgia’s strategic ally, largest trade partner, and reliable neighbor.

Axar.az reports that these remarks were made by Shalva Papuashvili, Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, at an event organized for Turkiye's Republic Day.

According to him, Turkiye demonstrates unwavering support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and actively participates in ensuring peace and stability in the Black Sea and South Caucasus regions.

He emphasized that Georgia and Turkiye are jointly creating a historic opportunity corridor connecting Europe and Asia.
