Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Presidential Administration’s Department for Foreign Policy Affairs, has met with Aleksandr Vinnikov, Head of NATO’s Liaison Office in Tbilisi.

Axar.az informs the Embassy of Sweden in Baku shared the information on its social media account.

"During his visit, Mr Vinnikov engaged in productive discussions with the Assistant to the President Mr Hikmet Hajiyev. Mr Vinnikov also delivered a keynote address on the NATO-Azerbaijan partnership to an international conference on NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme and its contribution to defence and security sector reform. The delegation also held useful meetings with local think tanks, NATO Ambassadors, and the Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan," the post reads.
