Azerbaijan and Iran discuss economic cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister and co-chair of the Azerbaijan-Iran Joint Economic Cooperation Commission, Shahin Mustafayev, held a telephone conversation today with Iran’s Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Farzaneh Sadegh.

Axar.az reports according to information provided by the Iranian embassy, during the call, Shahin Mustafayev offered condolences regarding the passing of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and numerous Iranian citizens.

During the telephone conversation, the sides exchanged views on the implementation status of agreements reached at the most recent meeting of the Joint Economic Cooperation Commission between the two countries and discussed necessary coordination issues.
