Bayramov talks to Pakistani FM on Iran drone attack

On March 5, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a telephone conversation with Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Axar.az informs that during the call, the Pakistani foreign minister expressed deep concern over the recent drone attacks on Azerbaijan, describing such actions as unacceptable due to their potential to further escalate tensions in the region.

Minister Bayramov emphasized that Azerbaijan expects the Islamic Republic of Iran to issue an apology and provide a clear explanation of the incident within the shortest possible timeframe.

The conversation also covered other matters of shared concern.
