Total of 1,918 people evacuated from Iran

Between 8:00 a.m. on February 28 and 7:00 a.m. on March 9, a total of 1,918 people were evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports 314 of the evacuees are Azerbaijani citizens.

The evacuees also include:

541 Chinese, 290 Russian, 173 Tajik, 123 Pakistani, 57 Omani, 44 Italian, 32 Indonesian, 26 Spanish, 26 Iranian, 18 Saudi, 17 Japanese, 16 French, 14 German, 13 Georgian and Hungarian, 12 Uzbek, 10 Bulgarian, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Nigerian, 8 Brazilian, British, and Kazakh, 7 Belarusian, 6 UAE, Slovak, Canadian, and Belgian, 5 Serbian, Afghan, Czech, Swiss, Austrian, and Romanian, 4 Bahraini, Jordanian, Sri Lankan, Ukrainian, Turkish, Kuwaiti, and Bangladeshi, 3 Filipino, Qatari, Mexican, Finnish, and Croatian, 2 Nepali, Lebanese, Yemeni, Kyrgyz, Sudanese, Indian, Cypriot, Slovenian, and Swedish, and 1 citizen each from Poland, Australia, Tunisia, South Africa, Maldives, Myanmar, Cuba, Vatican, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia, Egypt, and the United States.
