Axar.az reports that Aliyev made these remarks during a meeting with residents returning to the village of Khanoba in the Khojavend district.

“Khanoba village was freed in September 2023, and since then reconstruction has begun—houses have been rebuilt, and all necessary conditions have been created. In other words, our glorious Victory has been a source of pride for several years. This is the sixth year I am celebrating Novruz in Karabakh,” President Aliyev continued.
