Can the US and Russia start a war?

There is little likelihood of confrontation between the US and Russian servicemen in Syria.

Axar.az reports that former chief of the US Central Command Special Forces Michael Nagata has said these words.

“Attack on the United States by Syrians, Russians, or any other force outside ISIS could trigger such a confrontation. The mission announced by the US is still in the fight against ISIS. Already I was surprised that the mission was against others in the region, "Nagata said.

He added that he did not know when US troops would leave Syria completely.
