The issue of Russia's sending weapons to Armenia was discussed at the level of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia. There is a very transparent and open dialogue mechanism between Russia and Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports citing Teleqraf that the statement came from Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, commenting on the issue of sending $ 400 million worth of weapons from Russia to Armenia.

"Within the framework of the existing partnership between the two countries, each issue is discussed openly and amicably," said Hikmet Hajiyev.
