If Armenia does not act in accordance with international law, if we take any dangerous step against Azerbaijan, we will respond without hesitation.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov while commenting on tensions on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.

He recalled the messages of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on stability in the region:

"These messages from the two leaders are extremely important. How Armenia will react to these messages aimed at ensuring peace and stability, and which path it will choose, is entirely up to official Yerevan. We hope that this will be the right decision. Unfortunately, we are witnessing revanchist statements by Armenia. These are dangerous statements. What we want is to ensure peace, stability and security in the region."
