The sides of Armenia and Azerbaijan have a clear position on the issue of removing regional communications from the bloc, but the details need to be clarified.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Deputy Vladimir Vardanyan from the ruling "Civil Agreement" party of Armenia.

As for the issue on which the parties could not agree, the deputy said that everyone basically agrees with the general ideas:

"However, as a result of the discussion of details, many technical questions may arise that require a separate solution. Problems can be of different types. For example, logistics, repair of a specific route, etc.
