Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this during his speech at the international forum on "COP29 and Green Vision for Azerbaijan".

"On the issue of border delimitation, Azerbaijan and Armenia are showing very constructive behaviour. What is seen is a part of it - it is a result. But this result comes from regular contact and positive dynamics. We must consolidate this work and move forward," the President said.
