The start of the expected visit of President Ilham Aliyev to Germany on the Fuzuli-Berlin route - the first access to global politics from the liberated territories was not only aimed at writing this unforgettable moment on the history page, but also a part of the political calculation. And the issue is not caused by time traffic, because Aliyev was in Karabakh together with Japarov. Flying from Fuzuli to Berlin, the portfolio of the President has issues that will bring dividends to Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that Ilham Aliyev went to Berlin at the invitation of Scholz to participate in the High-Level Segment of the "15th Petersburg Climate Dialogue" and is represented there as the head of the country that will host COP29. Discussions in the Berlin dialogue will determine the directions for COP29, which will take place in Baku. And currently, two directions are priorities in global climate problems:

1. Prevention of climate problems is possible by switching to "green energy";

2. Investors investing in "green energy" is important and should be encouraged.

President Ilham Aliyev also defined the Berlin agenda based on these priorities.

- Aliyev went to Berlin from the liberated areas and demonstrated that this is already a "safe region": this is an important factor for investors;

- Baku's goal is to turn the liberated territories into a "green energy zone", and Aliyev's portfolio includes attracting investors to this region;

- And one of the most important factors is that the message that Azerbaijan liberated its lands and restored its sovereignty was practically delivered to Europe: it was addressed to the forces, especially France, which did not accept the restoration of our sovereignty, but still hoped that they could change the reality in the region.
