President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated the leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, on the occasion of the country's national holiday, Independence Day.

Please accept my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus.

Based on strong friendship, trust and mutual support, our brotherly countries have established multilateral relations of strategic partnership over the past decades. Your recent state visit to Azerbaijan, the meetings held and the documents signed proved once again that the good traditions of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus are developing today with Uyghur and are enriched with new content.
