Baku to adopt tougher stance if Yerevan rejects peace

If Yerevan does not wish to sign a comprehensive peace agreement, Baku will begin to adopt a tougher stance against Armenia.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Russian political scientist Aleksey Fenenko in an interview with "Moscow-Baku," commenting on Azerbaijan's possible actions in the event that a full peace agreement is not signed between Baku and Yerevan.

"Azerbaijan will implement regional and multilateral projects bypassing Armenia. This creates excellent opportunities for establishing routes and overall cooperation involving Azerbaijan, Turkiye, Georgia, and Iran, while bypassing Armenia. Armenia will again isolate itself. If cooperation is proposed on an equal basis, it would be a significant opportunity for Yerevan," he noted.
