Tehran rejects talks with Washington, saying the U.S. doesn’t understand the language of diplomacy.

Axar.az report that this statement was made by Fatemeh Mohajerani, an official representative of the Iranian government.

“The language of force is not part of the negotiation process, and the declared policy of maximum pressure does not contribute to dialogue. We say ‘no’ to negotiations with the other side because they do not understand the language of diplomacy. The world witnessed that, thanks to Iran’s efforts, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was signed, but everything ended with their unilateral withdrawal,” she stated.

It should be noted that Trump had previously expressed hope for negotiations with Iran.
