As we reported, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, and the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, held an informal meeting in Moscow with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Axar.az reports that Vladimir Putin invited Ilham Aliyev to the solemn events to be held in Moscow on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
