The process of normalizing Armenian-Azerbaijani relations is part of the Armenian-Turkish agenda; although it is not bilateral, at least there are discussions and contacts.

Axar.az reports this was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, in an interview.

"I can say that, in the context of Armenian-Turkish dialogue, the Turkish side takes on certain limitations regarding the pace of implementing agreements, influenced by Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. In fact, our approach is different. We believe that progress in the Armenian-Turkish direction will have a positive impact on Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement. However, there is a problem, a certain difference in perception, but we see a willingness to have a beneficial and favorable influence," he noted.
