Access to the Youtube app is restricted in Russia.

According to information, users in Russia reported that they had problems accessing YouTube since yesterday morning.

Kremlin official Dmitry Peskov said in a statement:

"I can't say anything. The app works fine on my phone."

It should be noted that earlier there was information that access to YouTube would be restricted in Russia.
