An explosion of magnitude M2.9 (strong) has now been recorded on the Sun.

Axar.az reports that the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics published information about this.

It was reported that the explosion lasted 11 minutes.
