The procedure for regulating the prices of medicines has been amended.

Axar.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree on this.

According to the amendment, the Tariff Council will have to obtain the opinion of the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Supervision under the President in connection with the initial determination of conditional sales prices of medicines to domestic wholesale pharmaceutical enterprises or the revision of these prices.

It should be noted that until now, opinions of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Health, the State Customs Committee, the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, and TABIB were obtained.
