The Airbus A321neo is currently one of the world's safest and most comfortable passenger aircraft. Customer satisfaction was a top priority throughout the development of this model.

Axar.az reports, citing Tеleqraf, that Malhar Pens, a representative of Airbus, made the remarks while answering journalists' questions at the presentation ceremony of AZAL's first Airbus A321neo aircraft in Hamburg, Germany.

He noted that one of the aircraft's key advantages is its high fuel efficiency.

"Thanks to its new-generation engines and advanced technologies, the A321neo consumes significantly less fuel than previous-generation aircraft. This allows airlines to reduce their operating costs," he said.

According to Pens, lower operating costs ultimately benefit passengers as well.

"Flights operated with this aircraft could allow passengers to purchase tickets at prices that are approximately 20 percent lower," he added.

The Airbus representative also highlighted the aircraft's wider cabin, larger overhead storage compartments, modern lighting system, and lower noise levels, all of which contribute to a more comfortable travel experience.

It should be noted that the presentation and handover ceremony for Azerbaijan Airlines' (AZAL) first Airbus A321neo is being held in Hamburg. The event is jointly organized by Airbus, AZAL (Azerbaijan Airlines), and AerCap.
