Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on approval of the "Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Turkey in the field of forensic science”.

Azerbaijani Ministry of Justice is to ensure implementation of provisions of the agreement and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is to notify the government of Turkey about completion of the internal procedures that are needed for the agreement’s coming into force.

The agreement was signed in Ankara on March 15, 2016.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on approval of “The protocol on the exchange of military and civilian personnel for social and cultural purposes between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey”.

Azerbaijani Defense Ministry is to ensure implementation of provisions of the protocol and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is to notify the government of Turkey about completion of the internal procedures that are needed for the protocol’s coming into force.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued an order to apply the law on “Amendments to the law on “Non-Banking Credit Institutions”.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare its proposals to bring the laws of Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the Azerbaijani President to conformity with the above-mentioned law within three months, to ensure conformation of the normative legal acts of the Cabinet to this law within three months, and to control conformation of the normative legal acts of the central executive authorities to that law and inform President about it within five months.

The Ministry of Justice is to ensure conformation of the normative legal acts and normative acts of the central executive authorities to the law on “Amendments to the law on “Non-Banking Credit Institutions”” and inform the Cabinet of Ministers about it.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare its proposals to bring the laws of Azerbaijan Republic and acts of Azerbaijani President to conformity with the above-mentioned law within three months, to ensure conformation of the normative legal acts of the Cabinet to this law within three months, and to control conformation of the normative legal acts of the central executive authorities to that law and inform President about it within five months.
