Foreigners coming to Azerbaijan can enter the facilities that require a COVID-19 passport.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.

It was noted that according to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 151 of May 26, 2021, citizens of a number of countries with COVID-19 passports and citizens of other countries permanently residing in those countries, as well as stateless persons are allowed to enter and exit the Republic of Azerbaijan by air.

"These persons can use the services provided in the closed areas of public catering establishments, hotels, large shopping centers and other facilities that require COVID-19 passports. COVID-19 passports issued abroad are considered valid during access to these facilities or monitoring by relevant government agencies.", - said in a statement.
