Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze thanked President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for his support to Georgia and the Georgian people.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the press service of the Government of Georgia.

It was mentioned in the information that Irakli Kobakhidze thanked President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Ali Asadov for their warm welcome and hospitality and stressed the importance of developing bilateral relations between Georgia and Azerbaijan.

"It is extremely important for us to deepen these friendships and relations. This serves both our and Azerbaijan's strategic interests. Once again, I thank President Ilham Aliyev for his support to Georgia and the Georgian people and his contribution to the strengthening of Georgian-Azerbaijani relations," Prime Minister Kobakhidze said.
