Azerbaijan U-17 women lose 6-1 to Faroe Islands

Azerbaijan’s women’s U‑17 national team played its third match in the European Championship qualifying stage.

Axar.az reports that the team faced the Faroe Islands in Group 3 of League B. The Faroe Islands defeated Azerbaijan 6‑1.

Azerbaijan’s only goal was scored by Konul Huseynova in the 42nd minute.

It is worth noting that the U‑17 team had previously lost to Belgium (0‑11) and Slovenia (0‑3).
