The Pentagon chose Microsoft - a special deal

The US Department of Defense has signed a $ 10 billion contract with Microsoft.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the Associated Press.

According to the agreement, data storage infrastructure should be created, services for remote computing should be provided.

The main claimant to this agreement, other than Microsoft, was Amazon. Amazon has objected to signing the deal with Microsoft.

Orakl and IBM have also sought to cooperate with the Pentagon.
