Facebook changes its advertising policy

Facebook, which derives most of its revenue from digital advertising, is changing its advertising policy.

Axar.az reports that the company, which has expressed concern about the abuse, will not allow ads on "sensitive" topics.

The company, which recently changed its name to Meta, has announced that ads such as "Lung Cancer Awareness", "World Diabetes Day" and "Jewish Holidays" will not be allowed.

The change will take effect on January 19, 2022.
