Founder of the Telegram received French citizenship

Pavel Durov, the founder of the popular Russian social networks Vkontakte and Telegram, has received French citizenship.

Axar.az reports that the information was posted on the official portal of the French government.

In addition to Russian citizenship, Pavel Durov also has a passport of the Caribbean state of St. Kitts and Nevis.
