There are complaints about the iPhone 15 Pro

The latest statistics from the “PerfectRec” website have revealed a significant decline in user satisfaction with the Apple iPhone 15 Pro, making it the high-end model with the lowest user satisfaction since the beginning of the statistics. The dissatisfaction with the iPhone 15 Pro has been increasing over the past four months, with more than 10,000 comments being analyzed by “PerfectRec.”

Axar.az reports that despite being released in September last year, the iPhone 15 Pro has failed to meet user expectations, with user satisfaction dropping to 66.1%. This is in stark contrast to the rising satisfaction levels of the entry-level iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, which have reached 78.1% and 73.5% respectively. This is an unexpected trend, as Pro models have historically been equipped with the latest features and superior cameras, resulting in higher satisfaction levels compared to basic models.

The report also highlighted three major negative reviews from users, citing “poor battery life,” “underwhelming upgrade compared to iPhone 14 Pro or other models,” and “the camera lens protrusion prevents the phone from being laid flat” as the most frequently mentioned issues. In addition, the initial high incidence of negative reviews due to overheating has significantly improved from 15% in October to 1% in January, indicating that Apple has successfully resolved this issue.

The analysis from “PerfectRec” paints a concerning picture for the iPhone 15 Pro, as it continues to lag behind other models in terms of user satisfaction. With users expressing dissatisfaction over multiple aspects of the device, it remains to be seen how Apple will address these concerns and improve the overall user experience with its high-end model.
