The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Azerbaijan has appealed to the owners of vehicles.

The appeal says that due to the special quarantine regime and restrictions on movement, the use of cars by citizens was significantly reduced.

It is noted that drivers mostly park their cars in the courtyards of residential buildings, and this, in turn, impedes, sometimes even makes it impossible for firefighters and other large-sized special vehicles to travel during emergencies.

It also makes it difficult to use hydrants and water basins during fire fighting.

In this regard, the Ministry of Emergencies reminds citizens of the importance of parking cars only in designated areas and with respect to distance.
