The "Al-Qassam Brigade" of Hamas released a video showing the release of a captive Israeli woman with two children. The Israeli authorities did not comment on this information.

The video shows a woman with a baby and a young child, as well as a Hamas gunman, in indistinct shots taken from a distance. Women and children are in an open area, next to the Gaza Wall.

"Al-Jazeera" channel points out that this fence is the border between Israel and the Gaza Strip.

The Jerusalem Post writes that the women and children were released on Saturday, October 7. The freedwoman is Israeli Avital Alajem, who is not the mother of 4-year-old Negev and 6-month-old Ashe. Their mother is being held hostage in the Gaza Strip.
