"Azadlig" radio prepared a report from the Armenian village (Askipara) located on the border with Gazakh.
Axar.az reports that local Armenian residents expressed their thoughts, excitement and concerns about the situation in the report.
An Armenian resident of Eskipara village named Fedya said that when he turns on the phone in his yard, the map shows this place as the territory of Azerbaijan.
According to him, if the borders are delimited, the entrance door of his house, warehouse, and bakery will move to the territory of Azerbaijan:
"Back in the 70s in Soviet Azerbaijan, the chairman of the state farm personally allowed us to move the road in front of the house a little further away from us."
Another Armenian resident named Artyom said that 8 families live in Eskipara, and some of them have a certificate of their house, but some of them have no documents. They settled here in the 90s after the population of Azerbaijan left the village of Ashagi Eskipara, which is adjacent to the village of Eskipara.
According to him, without a cadastral certificate, they measured the house and the area, gave the address, gas, electricity and water:
"When I went for the certificate, they said they couldn't give it. They pointed out that this is the territory of Azerbaijan."
Residents said that no matter what happens, they will not leave the village and the houses they live in. They even started collecting signatures of the villagers hoping to convey their rights to international institutions.
We present that report:
