U.S. President Donald Trump has raised customs tariffs on Brazil from 40% to 50%.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by the White House.

“Today, President Donald Trump signed an executive order raising the general tariff on goods imported from Brazil to 50% in response to recent actions and policies of the Brazilian government, which pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States,” the statement said.
