Kyiv declares day of mourning after deadly Russian attack

A day of mourning has been declared in Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv.

Axar.az reports that Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced the decision.

The mayor stated that tomorrow, flags will be lowered across the city and entertainment events will be canceled.

It should be noted that the declaration follows a Russian attack on Kyiv, which resulted in 11 deaths and 135 injuries.
