Russia’s external debt rises 11.1% to $323B

As of July 1, 2025, Russia’s external debt increased by 11.1% (or $32.2 billion) to reach $323 billion.

Axar.az informs that this was stated in the report of the Central Bank of Russia.

“According to the Bank of Russia, as of July 1, 2025, the country’s external debt rose by $32.2 billion, or 11.1%, since the beginning of 2025, reaching $323 billion,” the report noted.
