Five crew dead after helicopter crash in Pakistan

A helicopter crashed in monsoon-hit northern Pakistan during a relief mission, killing all five crew members including the two pilots.

Axar.az informs “As a result of this tragic accident, five passengers, including two pilots, were martyred,” the statement read, quoting Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

Chief secretary of the province, Shahab Ali Shah, stated that poor weather conditions led to the crash, though authorities said it remains to be determined whether any other factors were involved.
