Russia takes UN Security Council presidency

The presidency of the UN Security Council (SC) has passed to Russia.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya.

He noted that in October, the focus of the Security Council will be the Middle East, Africa, and other regional issues.
