Kremlin says it would support Trump for Nobel Peace Prize

Russia would have supported the decision to award the Nobel Peace Prize to U.S. President Donald Trump if its opinion had been taken into account.

Axar.az informs this was stated by Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov in an interview with the Telegram channel “Yunashev Live.”

“I think yes, probably we would have supported it, if we had been asked,” the diplomat replied to a reporter’s question.

The winner of the 2025 prize will be announced at 0900 GMT, but experienced watchers of the award say it is highly unlikely to be Trump.
