Kyiv blacked out after Russian attack - Video

As a result of Russian strikes, electricity has been completely cut off on Kyiv’s left bank, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko.

Axar.az informs, citing RBC-Ukraine, "The left bank of the capital is without electricity. There are also issues with water supply," the mayor wrote.

Klitschko also reported that, as of 3:45 a.m. Kyiv time, nine people have been injured in Kyiv, five of whom are hospitalized.

"Medical teams were also dispatched to the Desnianskyi district. The crew is on site," the mayor wrote.
