Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has decided on Monday to award the Nile Collar to the US President Donald Trump.
Axar.az informs, citing Egypt Today, the award comes in recognition of his distinguished contributions to supporting peace efforts, defusing conflicts, and most recently, his pivotal role in ending the war in Gaza.
The Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit is expected to be held on Monday afternoon under the joint chairmanship of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and U.S. President Donald Trump.
The summit aims to end the war in the Gaza Strip, strengthen efforts to bring peace and stability to the Middle East, and open a new page of regional security and stability. This summit comes in light of U.S. President Donald Trump's vision to achieve peace in the region, and his tireless efforts to end conflicts around the world, according to an Egyptian presidential statement on Sunday.
More than twenty leaders of various countries will be in attendance.
The summit program includes a bilateral meeting between Sisi and Trump, and another meeting will include participating leaders and presidents.
Bilateral meetings are scheduled to be held between leaders on the sidelines of the conference.
