Zelensky proposes drone-for-Tomahawk missile swap with US

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that his country is interested in exchanging its military drones for US-made Tomahawk missiles.

Axar.az reports that he said this while answering journalists' questions during a large-scale meeting with US President Donald Trump at the White House.

Zelensky said that although Ukraine has thousands of military drones, it does not have US-made high-power missiles. For this reason, he suggested that the two countries could cooperate for common military goals.

Donald Trump, in turn, confirmed that the United States is interested in such an exchange agreement.
