Czech cabinet resigns

The government led by Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala has resigned.

Axar.az informs the country’s Cabinet of Ministers announced the decision.

Earlier, President Petr Pavel tasked opposition leader Andrej Babis of the right-wing ANO party with forming a new government.

Under the constitution, the president will formally accept the resignation, and current ministers will continue to serve in a caretaker capacity until a new cabinet is appointed.
